Scene7 Acquires Assets of TrueSpectra, Inc. To Expand Leadership in Dynamic Imaging Software Market
Novato,CA August 14, 2003 Scene7, the leading
provider of dynamic imaging software, today announced the purchase
of essentially all assets related to TrueSpectra Inc.’s imaging
serving business. This purchase extends Scene7’s leadership
in the dynamic imaging software market by strengthening its technology
portfolio, broadening its installed base, and adding additional expertise
to its team. The addition of TrueSpectra’s technology will enable
Scene7 to serve virtually any sized customer, ranging from a small
website with the need to automate its image serving, to a Fortune
500 business with complex cross-media requirements. The combined customer
base includes over 110 leading retailers, manufacturers, media &
entertainment, and educational institutions.
