Scene7 Releases New Version of Infinite Imaging™ Platform

Novato, CA — Scene7, the leaders in dynamic imaging, today announced the release of its Infinite Imaging Platform Version 2.1, significantly extending its product leadership. Scene7's platform allows companies to create, manage, publish and serve dynamic images across the enterprise. This truly integrated platform consists of two key elements, the Image Production System (author, manage, and publish) and the Infinite Imaging Server (dynamic serving and rendering) making this platform the most comprehensive offering in the market.

		Centralized image production and management system for accessing all content
		Folder and group management allowing for retrieving, organizing and archiving of all images and associated metadata
		Content management and workflow features including windows to preview content before publishing, assignment and approvals
		Incremental publishing allows faster updates to website(s)
		Real-time compositing and layering of images, graphics, and text dynamically created from templates and parameterized data
		Advanced text layering including RTF text support to easily import word processing features such as multiple font sizes, compression, kerning and positioning.
		Single image serving protocol to drive dynamic image serving and rendering capabilities
		Java and HTML based zooming and panning on any high resolution image for accurate details, at any bandwidth
		Optimized server performance for scaleable, efficient image serving with local caching
