JustBlinds.com’s window treatment visualizer, built on Scene7’s rich media platform and Adobe® Flex™ technology, visually guides customers step-by-step through the entire custom blind ordering process, allowing them to change out everything from inside or outside mount, to the color of the blind or shade, to specialized options such as cloth tapes or wand placement. The site then visually presents selected options in real time and configures the exact price as each selection is made. The application’s “zoom” feature depicts the blind with photo-realistic detail; for example, customers can actually see the fine-grain detailing of a wood blind.
Unlike other multi-page, linear, non-visual ordering processes, everything is available on one page. Accordion panes expand and condense to show the specifications the customer is currently modifying.
